From C-470, take Santa Fe Dr. (Hwy. 85) south 10 miles to Sedalia. Go west (right) on Manhart Ave. (Hwy. 67) and go 1/2 mile to Perry Park Rd. (Hwy. 105). Go south (left) on Perry Park Rd. 7 miles. Look for our sign on the left (east) side of Perry Park Rd. We have a 3 rail white fence. 

From Castle Rock or Colorado Springs:

From I-25, take the Wolfensberger/Wilcox Exit #182 and go west (left). Head west 10 miles to Perry Park Rd. or Hwy 105. Turn south (left) and go 2.2 miles. Look for our sign on the left (east) side of Perry Park Rd. We have a 3 rail white fence.
